Description

## Some information
Operating system: windos 10
Java version: 1.8.0_241
Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Baritone version: v1.2.13
Forge mods (if used): no relevant mods

## How to reproduce
Building standard staircase'd map, movement / block breaking seems to bug out. gifs:
[stuck in a loop trying to break/place cobblestone](https://files.catbox.moe/nmib6v.gif)
[jumping repeatedly and breaking the carpet]( https://files.catbox.moe/eq5tc7.gif)
[keeps breaking the carpet, even when allowBreak is false](https://files.catbox.moe/ybao0l.gif)

Tried every possible combination of the settings to modify ascending and parkour behavior, lowering the right click speed, nothing changes this interaction,

## Modified settings
(in the gifs i linked)
allowBreak:false (same behavior regardless)
assumeWalkOnWater:true
avoidance:true
blockReachDistance:4 (same behavior regardless)
rightClickSpeed:8 (same behavior regardless)

## Final checklist
- [x] I know how to properly use check boxes
- [x] I have included the version of Minecraft I'm running, baritone's version and forge mods (if used).
- [x] I have included logs, exceptions and / or steps to reproduce the issue.
- [x] I have not used any OwO's or UwU's in this issue.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the behavior on Minecraft 1.12.2 with Baritone v1.2.13 using the standard staircase map and the linked GIFs. Compare movement, block-breaking, carpet placement, and the allowBreak, ascending, parkour, and rightClickSpeed settings; done means the repeated movement and unwanted carpet breaking no longer occur.
