Schematic log problem.

## How to reproduce
I was building the .schematic file (look down)

and Baritone had LOTS of problems with placing any wood logs
It couldn't place logs vertically because it couldn't think out to place a block below the log to place it properly (vertically). It also couldn't place a log properly (it tried to place it vertically, but something was going wrong) even with a block below.
Try to build it youself with that setting applied (or without it idk).
## Modified settings
To get the modified settings run `#modified` in game
I turned on the layer by layer building modification.
