Baritone Social Distancing Setting

A Baritone update should be released that ensures no Baritone pathing walks a player within two blocks of another player

## Settings
A setting could be added (called socialdistancing) to toggle this on and off

## Context
As the world faces the coronavirus, the last thing we need is to pass it on to eachother in Minecraft. I think that the Baritone project should do its part to make people aware of the need for self-isolation and social distancing by encouraging safe behaviours in Minecraft as recommended by many governments and health services at this time.
