Forge mods (if used): baritone, buildcraft, ic2, energyconverters, enderio, tinkersconstruct

## How to reproduce
Make a wall with #sel
#sel replace air stone
wall built but "unable to complete"

## Modified settings
allowDiagonalDescend true
allowParkour true
avoidance true (still works like false)
blockPlacementPenalty 40 (because please stop building a lot of pillars)
layerOrder true
okIfWater true (still fails sometimes)
