Description

## Some information
Windows, 1.12.2. Baritone v1.2.10. Logs contain no information of interest [no errors given]

## How to reproduce
When using the build command with most schematics that contain either

-1.5 high blocks such as fences and walls
-torches

The simplest testing schematic is a few walls with blocks on top placed on a flat floor

Baritone attempts to place these blocks below itself while jumping. Presumably trying to follow a path up immediately after placing the block. In case of the walls or fences, the block can not be placed (it simply won't fit) and Baritone remains jumping in the same place. In the case of torches, baritone destroys the torch again after landing and attempts the same maneouvre again. (this case is more rare)

Although these results are different they are likely caused by the same problem.

The problem makes it nearly impossible to complete schematics including torches or walls unsupervised.
