Blacklisting coordinates

Add the Ability to blacklist specific coordinates in the world for the bot to avoid. Sort of like how you can blacklist blocks to be broken, i would like to be able to blacklist coordinates of specific block (x,y and z) so that baritone does not interact with this block. for example i would like to interact with chests in an area except for a few specific ones which i would be able to blacklist their cords.

it would improve baritone because it would allow users like myself who are trying to automate things with obstacles in their path by completely making the bot avoid said obstacles.
