in #schematica, Ignore walking to blocks you dont have in your inventory

## Describe your suggestion
In survival, while building a schematic using #schematica, dont walk to blank spots to put blocks you dont have.
making larger maparts is annoying since you gotta stop every now and then because baritone wants to place a block it doesnt have and just stands there indefinatley, instead of skipping this one for now and placing the ones he actually has.

## Settings
should be an option to toggle, in case you play creative and can spawn in those blocks.

## Context
greatly increases userexperience in making map arts in survival mode.
