Do an action, but only within a selection.

## The idea
After selecting an area using the sel command stuff, a user could:
```#sel farm``` or ```#sel mine iron_ore 64```, basically any of the normal commands
This would help for pepole who want to automate a task, like farming, without the bot going over to some random dipshit's farm, instead of your own farm
