Add transition effects on zoom rescale

Description
At the moment rescale is instantaneous, this can be confusing for the end user especially when he has zoomed in and has started panning through the chart. Example fiddle https://jsfiddle.net/kuc3avxs/
If there was a transition then it would not be as jarring.
