I am looking for a option where i can highlight particular Label on any axis


basically concept is i am showing user info of applied user on each job, each user can see the graph or analytic of user has applied where arrow will highlight current user position who has login and applied on that job.
is there any way where i can pass html element along with label text dynamically. i am able to pass simple text as "^" but i need some html element around it when i am passing it to js it echo it as a string.
so please suggest better way
