Flow & Area Combination: Colored Area "flies" to new place

When combinining the type area with the flow API, the colors of the area are "flying" to the new place on every transition. This looks kind of strange and is in my opinion a graphical bug. I created a jsFiddle to visualize the problem: https://jsfiddle.net/kLnxz8vq/ This problem however is much more visible when having multiple flow transitions in a short time (with a large difference between the displayed values).
