Zoom and Pan Performance issue in Firefox and Internet Explorer with large number of data set.

With large number of data set the zoom and pan doesn't work smoothly in Firefox and Internet explorer as it does in Chrome.
Try to run below example in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer respectively to figure out the lagging issue in Firefox and Internet Explorer by comparing it with Chrome.
