stacked bar chart with overlapping bars of different widths

Good day.

I've been trying for the past couple of days to create a bar char like the following:

I've tried editing the stacked bar chart, I even went through the CSS classes without any luck.
I couldn't make each bar with different width, and also make them overlap (be in top of each other).

Is there any way to make it happen?
