Horizontal Bar Chart with 2 "Y-axis"

Description
I want to create a Horizontal Bar Chart that has 2 "Y-Axis", which caused by the rotation to achieve the horizontal Bars would now actually be 2 "X-Axis". Anyway to create 2 of those, or is there another way to achieve this?
