Description
The C3 issue chat on Gitter is becoming increasingly well-used, and it would be really nice if we could get the GitHub integration setup so that the room gets informed of issues as they're filed and updated.
@masayuki0812, mind adding the webhook and token I've emailed you to the repo config?
