Add ability to position titles at bottom of chart

Currently the only position options are top-left, top-center and top-right. I'm currently working on a PR to add bottom-left, bottom-center and bottom-right, but it seems that changing the title Y-value causes the chart to render below it, causing everything to be squished into a thin line.

Mainly adding the issue in case anyone has any ideas or wants to take this on themselves.
