Difficulties with identification

Some users have difficulties to log on.

The principal problem is the case sensitive logon. They have problem to put the good username when he have a uppercase or when they put a uppercase involuntarily.

The solution in my mind is to force the username to lowercase or replacing the username by the email, but the first solution is more simple i guess.
