Feature: edit imported gpx

It is a great tool to have the import from gpx from sites like STRAVA or GarminConnect. However, the gpx sometimes requires some editing to be more relevant. Two ideas :

- allow to remove start or finish of the gpx (like on Strava when you edit visibility or create a segment)
- allow to remove the time data : one's timing is note always relevant.
