Handle regulatory zones from biodivsport

Recently, some huge regulatory zones have been added to biodivsport, e.g. Coeur du PN des Écrins. These are too big to be drawn on the map and should instead add information in the comments field for routes.
There are ongoing discussion on how to do this (maybe some informations on the constraints will be added in the API, so we can use simple icons, maybe some will still have to be displaye don the map, others not, depending on regulation applied, etc).

A temporary fix has been made to hide regulatory zones and display only fauna zones.
