整了一个 Rust 版本，基本功能已实现

这两天用 Rust 整了个 demo：[trae-agent-rs](https://github.com/Blushyes/trae-agent-rs/tree/main/trae_agent_rs)。

感觉 Rust 写这种 cli 还是挺不错的。

稍微做了点改进：
- 配置文件简化
- UI 和交互优化
- Agent Core 核心层和 UI 的 cli 层解耦

目前只实现了 openai 的大模型客户端实现。

UI 我是照着 cc 来的，目前这个 Trae Agent 的 UI 感觉不太好看，效果如下：
