the eval part for single chain /multi chain /peptide / antibody

First of all, thank you all for your excellent work. I am currently trying to debug the APM project code and have made good progress!
However, We want to do evaluate the metrics on the paper, there is no related code.
Therefore, could the authors team please provide related code?This will help in organizing the project content, and I would greatly appreciate it for this!!!
