Description
Thank you for releasing this model!
My objective is to guide the prediction of a viral protein towards the pre-fusion conformation (normally, it is predicted in the postfusion conformation); to do so I am using a custom .cif with the correct conformation of a different variant for which I have the structure.
Is it possible to indicate that specific .cif file to be used as a template during the prediction?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by tracing how Protenix selects templates during prediction and how prediction inputs are configured; done would require a defined, tested way to provide a custom CIF template.
