Research direction

Start with the README's worker setup and the referenced sbin/start-worker.sh, sbin/start-workers.sh, and start-all.sh entry points. Reproduce the reported startup failure using the documented configuration, capture the exact error from the screenshots or logs, and confirm that a worker starts successfully with the documented command.
