wasmtime logo idea

Hi everyone, throwing out an idea for a wasmtime logo. @tschneidereit

These are the design principles:

- "WASM" written in a font commonly associated with "time" (digital clocks)
- The clock surround the word wasm also leans into the wasm... time
- The color fade closely matches the color fade on the official Bytecode Alliance logo
- The dashes to the left of the `WA:SM` imply movement or speed... wasmtime is fast.

I know Wasm isn't an acronym and it's not technically correct to write it in upper case. However, capitals are a lot better at replicating the feel of a digital timepiece.

I'm proposing three layouts
1. Icon: just the logo
2. Stacked: Icon with project name below
3. Horizontal: Icon with project name to the right

If people like it, I can also provide black (light mode), and white (dark mode) versions in PNG, JPG, and SVG.
