wit-ts-mode for emacs

I created an wit-ts-mode for emacs using treesit based on the grammar and scm files in this repository. The code lives here: https://github.com/justjoheinz/wit-ts-mode

I hope it might be useful for others. I am also entirely open minded where this code lives if it is deemed to be useful. If you were able to install it, please let me know, as it is my first emacs project (admittedly with a lot of AI help).
