Description
Based on the [Alternative_Solutions_(WASI_Wasm).md](https://github.com/bytecodealliance/sig-embedded/pull/18/files#diff-986fade46715fea32dd23cfc6c51322fa5fb52ee0da5ec6488315df4fddda0c3) provide technical notes on:
* Proposed standards process changes for continued standardization based on WASI 0.1 while not slowing WASI 0.2+ / WASI 1.0 RC work
(Perhaps the following would be better as it's own presentation - keep note above focused?)
* Proposed standard process changes with phase gate quality measured based on NFRs; performance metrics compared to same operation (if possible) in native / WASI 0.1 / CM model.
* How CM based binaries can execute on non CM enabled core-wasm runtimes
