Latest releases don't include precompiled binary artifacts

Hi! thanks for making `cargo-component` :) I've noticed the last two releases don't have precompiled binaries. They're useful to have, to speed up CI contexts, where we can `wget` them instead of having to `cargo install cargo-component` (which takes much more time). Could we have precompiled binaries again, in the future? (and ideally, for the last release as well please!)
