[workflow]: Upload individual Salesforce Accounts as json files to S3 bucket - files

The workflow steps:

1. List Salesforce Accounts
2. Loop through the Accounts list
3. Grab the individual Account data from Salesforce
4. Create the File from the Account Data
5. Upload the file to an S3 bucket
6. Check logs and S3 bucket for uploaded files
