[component] Property Testing

Component for testing property rendering.

List of implemented actions:
- [x] all property types (DATE, BOOLEAN, TIME, ...)
- [x] complex OBJECT and ARRAY structure with and without default values
- [x] DYNAMIC_PROPERTIES property
- [x] displayCondition property
- [x] optionsLookupDependsOn
- [x] options with multiselect and without it
- [x] OBJECT and ARRAY with items defined (where we don't add custom subproperties but predefined ones)

Additional tasks:
- [x] convert it to Spring Component
