Description
### Problem:
Offline nodes like Delay, Logger, Script are in the same Tab with other apps (e.g. Gmail, Slack, OpenAI...) that have connections.
### Solution:
They should be placed in a new tab for easier use.
Proposed names for this new Tab: _Helpers_, _Utilities_ or _Tools_.
