[bug] When opening workflow editor, it always first renders the initial node setup and then re-renders the right one

- Initial node setup is always rendered first, and then, after workflow definition is loaded, the right nodes are re-rendered.
- If there is a workflow definition with nodes, the initial node setup should not be rendered first, user should not see it.
