Description
### Describe the bug
When I import the action and the connection is not defined, the label is empty and the field Label is unresponsive. Nothing happens when you try clicking on either 'x' or when you try to type something.
When I define a connection, nothing is shown in the labels, but it still exists in the Workflow Editor. The field is still unresponsive.
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Open any existing project
2. Import this workflow:
[DEMO 3.json](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/22968588/DEMO.3.json)
3. click on any GitHub addLabelsToIssue action
4. go to Properties tab
5. Labels property doesn't have the label that exists in Workflow Editor
6. Try to exit by clicking any x or try to type anything
7. Create or define a GitHub connection
8. Try to type anything in Labels again
### Expected behavior
I'm not sure if this is a Github Add labels to issue issue or an import issue, but both should work

Research direction
Import the attached DEMO 3.json, open a GitHub addLabelsToIssue action, and compare its Labels property in the Properties tab with the labels shown in the Workflow Editor. Done means the existing labels are displayed and the field responds to typing and removal, both before and after defining a GitHub connection.
