[feature]Demo setup with sample workflow when running engine for the first time

As a Workflow Developer

I want to get a demo environment with a few demo workflows when logging in for the first time

So that I can be onboard and initially be introduced to the platform, and be able to play with it.

Tasks:
- [x] Activate https://userguiding.com/ for product tours and checklists aligned with the demo
- [ ] Reorganize sample workflows by moving them from the codebase to the bytechef-workflows repository
