[improve]: Optimize Node Details user flow

### Improvement target

For each node user generally sets the Action, Title, Notes and Connection once and rarely comes back to it. Most of the time he spends in Properties panel, but each time he opens this window he is shown with the Description panel (Title and Notes).


### Improvement description

#1 Idea
- add icons to each tab name to indicate is it completed (all required fields filled)
- combine Description and Connections and call it "Setup" (or "Info" or "Overview") and leave 3 tabs.

#2 Idea
- add icons to each tab name to indicate is it completed (all required fields filled)
- introduce new selection of Apps (so that user can easily change the node) and combine it with Actions, Description and Connection.

I will post some design ideas here.
