[task]: Workflow right sidebar

Taking into account that the App-level navigation is done via the left sidebar, which will be replaced with https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/sidebar, we need to improve the Workflow-level navigation (right sidebar) so that it makes more sense, looks better (if possible), and is more accessible.

The right sidebar should match the design of the future version of the App-level left sidebar. It shouldn't be the same, just match it in the sense that when we add the ShadCN's left sidebar, the right one doesn't look out of place.

Here's how it looks right now - the biggest issue in my opinion is the lack of visibility of what each icon represents.
