[feature] Component resources shown in ComponentDetails panel

As a Citizen Developer

I want to access optionally defined resources defined as documentation URLs or additional URLs

So that I can learn more about the particular component.

Technical details:
Each component can define additional resources via the Component dsl.
Links should be shown as part of the help popup defined on the right of the component name

Locate the ComponentDetails panel and the component DSL definitions, then trace how the right-side help popup is rendered. Confirm how documentation and additional resource URLs are represented; the work is complete when both optional resource types appear as links in that popup.
