Description

### Describe the bug

When I use Bytechef's workflow editor, the 'ProjectHeader' component is not correctly "breaking". This results in an unwanted behavior which allows the user to scroll horizontally.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to workflow editor
2. Open the test output tab and drag on it's header

### Expected behavior

The 'ProjectHeader' should break, so that for example the Icons like "run workflow", "new workflow" etc. Aren't expanding the view. Here is an example how it could be solved:

Research direction

Start in the workflow editor and locate the ProjectHeader component, then reproduce the issue by opening the test output tab and dragging its header on mobile. Check how the header and its run-workflow and new-workflow icons affect the viewport. Done means the header breaks appropriately and dragging the tab no longer permits horizontal scrolling.
