[feature]: Improve the experience when adding a new OBJECT property in the Workflow Editor

The object property cannot start with a number, so now we are prepending an underscore as a temporary solution. We need to improve that as the UX is not ideal

We need to notify the user that inputting a number as the first character is forbidden or figure out a way to allow numbers.
