Windows10: Feat: open configuration view on first start after installation process

## At present

When we install trsync on Windows, the last window show check box about "Launch Tracim" but after that, we just have systay icon.
On the first installation we need to configure local folder and add instance. To do that we need to click on icon in systray to show Configuration option.

## Expected

After installation, when we check start tracim, trsync need to open configuration view directly.

Start by locating the Windows installation-completion flow and the system-tray configuration view. Trace what happens when “Launch Tracim” is checked after installation, then verify that the configuration view opens directly so a first-time user can configure a local folder and add an instance.
