Windows10: Bug: trsync.conf file is not updated when removing tracim instance from configuration view

## At present

After some investiguation I find this config file ``trsync.conf` on my computer and I can seen some information about old config (I have remove one tracim instance from trsync configuration window)

## Expected

Configuration file is correctly updated when we remove tracim instance from window interface.
This is really important because mail of account is visible in configuration file.

Start with the configuration view and trace how removing a Tracim instance is persisted to trsync.conf on Windows 10. Reproduce the removal, inspect the configuration file, and verify that the removed instance and its account email are no longer present.
