Queue listener templates

Ability to save values(routing keys, exchange name, ttl, etc) for queue listener as templates so one can fill fields clicking one button. (But possible to tweak values).
For each rabbit instance should be separate set of templates.

The issue does not name files or tests; start by locating the queue listener form and the Rabbit instance configuration. Define how templates save routing keys, exchange names, TTL, and other fields separately per instance, while remaining editable, then verify that one-click filling works for each instance.
