Description

``Cmd+` `` on macOS is a shortcut for _Cycle Through Windows_. If we use `` cmd+` `` on a VS code window, it will switch another VS code window (if exists). So the keyboard shortcut to open the terminal is the same on Windows and macOS. It is ``ctrl + ` ``, not ``cmd + ` ``.
