Description

### What's needed and why?

My idea is it that it would be beneficial if there were some kind of Security Groups

**A Way to group IP, Country, User Agent, rdns, etc... into a group, and then apply the group to the service rules**

### Implementations ideas (optional)

Examples:

EU Group - All Member States of the EU Added
Company Group - Add all IP Adresses of the company that are being used

And those groups can then after creation be applied to an Service as an example applying it to the Antibot so that all the Company IP-Adresses aren't getting Anti bot checked for faster work flow, or grey listing all EU Member states with another group,

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by mapping how service rules and the antibot configuration are represented, then determine how groups of IPs, countries, user agents, and reverse-DNS values would be created and applied. Done would require an agreed scope and working support for the proposed group types.
