[FEATURE] Report page filtering

### What's needed and why?

You can filter selection under Reports in WebUI panel which is great but it would be nice if you could also remove certain results with the filter. Eg I don’t want to see results with reason ”unknown” or Security mode ”n/a” or even reports from local IP range. Would also be great if the filter could be saved.

Start at the Reports section of the WebUI panel and inspect how selection filtering currently works. Define which result fields can be excluded and how saved filters should behave; done means users can hide matching results, including the examples given, and persist those choices.
