Leere Liste als Antwort

Hallo zusammen,

habe heute eure risikogebiete-api gefunden, bekomme aber immer nur eine leere JSON-liste zurück.
Ein einfaches `curl -X 'GET' 'https://risikogebiete.api.proxy.bund.dev/reisendenportal/risikogebiete' -H 'accept: application/json'` bringt leider nur ein nicht müdes `[]` zurück, im Swagger "Try out" kommt ein 403 Forbidden.
Hat das RKI da wieder was abgedreht oder umgezogen? Wisst ihr da mehr? Risikogebiete gibt es ja trotzdem noch...
Eure Statuspage sagt leider auch, dass alles gut ist, technisch kommt ja auch ein 200 Ok zurück und es ist alles gut.

Start by reproducing the curl request to the documented /reisendenportal/risikogebiete endpoint and the Swagger "Try out" request, then inspect how this API obtains data from the RKI. Done requires determining why a 200 response contains an empty list and why Swagger returns 403, with the resulting behavior or limitation clearly resolved and documented.
