pip install deutschland [klinikatlas] does not contain the folder "klinikatlas"

The package installation via
```batch
pip install deutschland[klinikatlas]
```

shows the warning

```batch
WARNING: deutschland 0.4.2 does not provide the extra 'klinikatlas'
```

Please include the folder klinikatlas to the package.
