[Feature Request] Request move gif to Integration library.

**Issue details / Repro steps / Use case background**:
I use [giflib](https://sourceforge.net/projects/giflib/) to decode gif in my project.

I think most people may not need to use gif in their project, if move gif to Integration library, user can include this as they need, and glide can keep the code clean and tiny.

The issue names Glide's GIF support and integration libraries but gives no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating those areas in the Glide 4.14.2 source and determine the scope of separating GIF support. Done should mean GIF support is available through the intended integration library without requiring it in the core library.
