License question

Confused about https://github.com/bumptech/glide/blob/master/LICENSE .
It has license info for `third_party` libraries, and on top, a catchall license with copyright given to Google, Inc.

Does this mean that, with the exception of `third_party`, glide license is the Google, Inc. one?
Or if it is somewhere else, where is it?

Edit - looks like it really is the Google one: https://github.com/bumptech/glide/commit/d47862b456cf2a7b813a9e412953e85fe09a5978 . In this case, can you clarify the terms of your affiliation with Google? Why is this hosted at github.com/bumptech ? This is surprising.
