Description
This feature deletes all apps, including e.g. Minecraft for Windows (and all its data, including the worlds, irreversibly).
https://github.com/builtbybel/privatezilla/issues/62
So it does a lot more than just delete built-in apps. It deletes everything!
I suggest also showing a list of everything that will be deleted, along with a confirmation.
The way it is now, you have no idea what it's going to do, nor what it's doing, nor what it's done (until you try to launch something and find it missing).
