Ok button on the list is not showing

When it opens your see the list on the left hand side click on add all and everything will go on the right hand side on a few occasions the uninstall button you could not see it but it’s showing now but the other problem is now that the list will show it says what can’t be removed and the ok button is not showing on the list my version of Windows is 2004 scale and layout 125% display resolution 1920 x 1080 on a desktop I’ve given it up know because it will not work I’ve tried about 6 times

Start by reproducing the list flow on Windows 10 version 2004 with 125% scaling at 1920×1080: click Add all and inspect the right-hand list where the OK button is missing. Done means the OK button is visible and usable in this configuration, while the uninstall button remains available.
